Relle Electric was the sub-electrical contractor for both the modular and general contractor. Project consisted of both brick and mortar construction and modular pre-constructed units.
Electrical construction consisted of 2500 amp service and sub-distribution equipment. Site lighting, complete fire alarm system, public address system, and interior lightning and controls.

Demolition of the inter electrical infrastructure, including existing power distribution, fire alarm, public address, and communications.
Provided a new 2,500-amp 480 Service - which was fed from new 1000 kVa Liquid Filled 15kv Transformer. Intercept University Owned 15kV Medium Voltage Loop to cut in new Transformer. Provide a S/C Switch to have the switching capability on Medium Loop.
Provide and Install New Interior lighting and Lighting Controls.
Provide and Install New Fire Alarm System for new Building and VESDA system in gymnasiums.
Provide and Install Emergency Power Distribution including (4) sets of ATS Switches
Provide power for new Mechanical, Boilers and Chiller.
Provide and Install New Lighting Protection System with Master UL Labels
